Bedtime Story-Building Workshop for parents

Welcome Parents!

We're glad that you're interested in a bedtime storytelling ritual for your kids! This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skillset to make your child's bedtime story routine enjoyable, destressing and a great transition towards a good night's sleep :)

The workshop is approximately 1 hour long and we'll explore the following:

1. New and interesting research on the effect of bedtime stories.

2. What kind of stories work as bedtime stories and the best narration strategies.

3. Building your own bedtime story with the prompts provided.

4. Working with other parents in breakout sessions to explore new ideas.
